POLICIES


Office Hours

Monday – Friday: 9AM – 4PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9AM – 1PM



Payment

Payment is due no later than the first day of service. Sign in to your Time to Pet account to pay online or pay with cash in-person.

Only full payments are accepted for services. We do not accept partial payments or deposits.




Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be received more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled service. All cancellations after this period will still incur the full service charge amount.

Holiday Surcharge

An additional 15% surcharge will be added for all services provided on New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.




Initial Consultation

While we do our best to accommodate last minute requests for services, it is absolutely imperative to have an initial consultation for new clients. This is to allow is to meet your pet(s) while you are present as well as go over important procedures and security information.




Pet Immunizations

Proof of up-to-date immunizations is required.




Multiple Pets

In a household that has both cats and dogs, cat hang-outs are required if we are providing dog hang-outs. Cats are highly sensitive to bladder issues that can quickly lead to medical emergencies therefore need regular attention.




Leashes

Leashes for all pets are required for safety, no exceptions.




Pet Identification

We highly recommend having your pets identified with collar name tags as well as micro-chipped.




Cleanup

We will clean up after potty breaks during walks or outdoor play time as well as any accidents which occur inside between visits.

House Keys

Keys must be picked up at initial consultation otherwise a key pick up fee of $10 will apply. Keys will be labeled and stored in a secure lockbox. Keys can be returned at no charge at a later date after last visit.




Inclement Weather

Safety for your pets is always taken into consideration when caring for your pet. We will always try our best to complete services as scheduled so long as it can be done safely.

We will not walk dogs if there are severe rainstorms at the time of the hang-out or there is lightning activity in the area. Instead we will find a safe and comfortable area for your dog to relieve themselves and spend the remainder of the visit providing services which can take place indoors.




Emergencies

If an emergency with your pet should arise we will triage the situation and determine if more extensive medical attention is needed.  If so, we will transport the animal to the veterinarian office you have selected in your Time to Pet profile and inform you as soon as possible.

If an emergency should arise in your residence, we will contact you immediately to see how you would like for us to handle it. If we are unable to reach you we will contact the emergency contacts you provided.
